What are the delivery times?
The average delivery time is 48 hours within mainland France. It is 3 to 5 days outside mainland France.

What are the shipping costs?
I would like to make a return for an exchange or refund. What should I do?
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges or refunds can be processed provided that the products are returned in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled, incomplete, washed, unlabeled, and/or worn items will not be accepted.
If the product is intact and you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed within 14 calendar days via the payment method used at the time of purchase (credited back to the account linked to the payment card, or refunded via bank transfer, as applicable).
We understand that making a decision can be challenging, especially with the arrival of a newborn.
That’s why we distinguish between two cases for returns:
For exchanges or if you wish to receive a store credit: The return is free of charge. Upon receiving your products, we will send you the new products you requested, at our expense. If you do not wish to receive new products in exchange, we will issue a gift card of the value of the returned products. These free returns are only valid in France and Belgium.
For refund requests (regardless of the destination country) or exchanges (outside France and Belgium): The return is at your expense. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. This period may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at heymama@mama-hangs.com.

Special Cases:
If you benefited from a promotional offer at the time of your order, including a gift or a free product, the return will only be accepted if it includes the gift or free product along with the returned items. If not, the gift or free product must be returned at your expense to obtain a store credit or refund.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or non-pickup at the collection point, the refund will be processed with a deduction of a €5 fee. This policy will also apply if shipping costs were waived at the time of order.

All our products undergo laboratory testing to meet European standards. They are tested to support a child up to 15kg, but we recommend using them up to 10kg for the comfort of the wearer.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one as the material contains a bit of elastane.
If you are pregnant, base your choice solely on your bust measurement.
