I would like to make a return for an exchange or refund. What should I do?

Ein Umtausch oder eine Rückerstattung kann erfolgen, sofern die Produkte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Lieferung in einwandfreiem Zustand und in ihrer Originalverpackung zurückgesendet werden. Beschädigte, verschmutzte, unvollständige, gewaschene, etikettenlose und/oder bereits getragene Artikel werden nicht zurückgenommen.

Wenn das Produkt unversehrt ist und Sie eine Rückerstattung wünschen, erfolgt diese innerhalb von vierzehn (14) Werktagen über die beim Kauf verwendete Zahlungsmethode (Rückerstattung auf das mit der Zahlungskarte verbundene Konto oder per Banküberweisung, falls zutreffend).

Uns ist bewusst, dass es nicht immer einfach ist, sich im Voraus festzulegen – insbesondere im Fall der Ankunft eines Neugeborenen.

Dieses kostenlose Rückgaberecht gilt nur für Frankreich und Belgien.

Are Mama Hangs baby carriers ergonomic?
The Mama Hangs range has been approved by chiropractors, midwives, and babywearing educators. The garments are designed to fully accommodate your baby's physiology from birth up to 18 months. Additionally, they have been deemed hip-healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
Is my baby securely supported in a Mama Hangs baby carrier?

All our products undergo laboratory testing to meet European standards. They are tested to support a child up to 15kg, but we recommend using them up to 10kg for the comfort of the wearer.

Are Mama Hangs baby carriers suitable from birth?
Yes, all our baby carriers (Carry & Pack, Motherhood/Fatherhood Sweats) are adjustable to carry your child from birth thanks to their adjustable panels, ensuring minimal hip separation for your baby. If your baby was born prematurely, we recommend consulting your midwife/pediatrician before using our products.ac
Until what age can I carry my baby using Mama Hangs baby carriers?
Up to 18 months, provided that your baby weighs no more than 10kg.
How to choose your size?

A size chart is available on each relevant product page.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one as the material contains a bit of elastane.

If you are pregnant, base your choice solely on your bust measurement.

Have Mama Hangs baby carriers been tested for safety?
Our systems have been patented and tested at the Pourquery laboratory (in accordance with Decree 91-1292 of December 20, 1991, regarding the prevention of risks from the use of childcare articles).

What materials are the babywearing garments made of?
The Mama Hangs range is made entirely from GOTS-certified organic cotton and/or recycled materials (primarily recycled cotton and REPREVE made from recycled plastic bottles).
What is GOTS certification?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. This certification primarily applies to cotton and informs you not only that the product you are purchasing is organic, but also that it has been produced ethically. It is the highest quality certification available.
Does the material of my baby carrier garment stretch?
The materials in our range are carefully selected for their high quality, minimizing stretching. A simple machine wash will help tighten the fibers.
How should I wash my baby carrier garment?
You can wash your baby carrier garment at 40°C on a regular cycle. All care instructions are provided on the product label.
Can I engage in physical activities while my baby is in my Mama Hangs baby carrier?
Any physical activity is strictly prohibited while carrying your child in your baby carrier, just as with any other babywearing accessory.
Can I cook while wearing my baby carrier?
No, it is strongly advised against being near any heat sources while carrying your child.
Which product should I choose for a man?
