Returns and refunds

Products may be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, soiled, incomplete, washed, unlabelled and/or worn items will not be accepted.

If the product is intact and you wish a refund, this will be made within 14 days via the payment method used at the time of purchase (re-credited to the account linked to the payment card, or reimbursed by bank transfer, if applicable).

We're well aware that planning ahead isn't always easy, especially when it comes to the arrival of a newborn baby. That's why we distinguish two cases for returns:

  1. In the case of an exchange or a credit note:

    - Returns are free of charge.

    - As soon as we receive your product(s), we will send you, at our expense, the new product(s) you require. If you do not wish to exchange your product(s), we will send you a gift card for the value of the returned product(s).
    - These returns are only valid in France and Belgium.

  2. In the event of a refund request (regardless of the country of destination) or exchange (outside France and Belgium):

    - Returns are at your expense.

    - After receipt and verification of the returned products, we will proceed with reimbursement within a maximum of 14 days.
    - This period may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

    - If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. Special cases :

  • If you benefited from a promotional offer when placing your order, particularly in the case of a gift or product offered, the return will only be taken into account if it contains the gift or product offered in addition to the item(s) returned. If this is not the case, the gift or product offered must be returned at your expense for a credit note or refund.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused or not collected from the relay point, the refund will be made minus a flat-rate charge of 5€. This policy will also be applied in cases where postage was offered when the order was placed.
